This morning we left the coast behind and made our way back up in the mountains. We rode through Kangaroo Valley and made our way in to the Blue Mountains which, like so many of the rides in Australia, offered spectacular views and really fun, exciting riding. The twisty roads never really stopped all the way through to Leura where we spent the night at a wonderful golf resort.
No day of riding is complete without a great dinner and that is exactly what we got from a nearby restaurant that we had chosen for the tour. Local cuisine, great company, wonderful food and a divine chocolate cake to celebrate another of the riders birthday was the perfect way to end another great day of our adventures in Australia and Tasmania.
