They also host an annual mural competition called the ‘Mural Fest Art Competition’ with the winning murals being kept on the walls.
On the way from Strahan to Devenport in the historic mining town Zeehan we found a little shop with incredible show-case of crystals and minerals. Owner shared his knowledge of his collection with a genuine passion.
I left Tasmania with mixed feelings as it is such a stunning part of the world that it was hard to say goodbye but at the same time it was exciting to be heading back to mainland Australia for the next part of our tour. A relaxed dinner in Devonport and then we loaded the bikes on to the ferry and set sail back to Melbourne.
