The Lofoten Islands
Leaving Tromsø we were treated to an experience that was new to most of the group – a traffic circle in the middle of a tunnel. Of course one has to be sure of the route and correct exits before entering the tunnel as the GPS does not work in the tunnels. We got through without any problems or missed turns.
We took a quick ride to board the ferry that took us to Senja island where we enjoyed great scenery and of course fantastic riding. If this is only the beginning of the most beautiful part of the tour then we have a lot to look forward to over the next few days.
For the next two nights we will stay in a wonderful little cabins overlooking the harbour in Svolvaer.
