We will contact you with additional trip planning information and your invoice approximately 90 days prior to the start of the tour. Full payment will be due 60 days prior to the tour, unless specified otherwise on our website for a particular tour.

For all of our Adventures, the first day (the tour start date) is the "arrival day" and indicates the date that you should arrive in the city identified on the tour itinerary as "Day 1". Day 1 is not a riding day, but you should plan your arrival for no later than the early afternoon, so that you can attend our get-acquainted meeting, dinner, and the motorcycle hand-over. We will begin riding on the morning of "Day 2".

The last day indicated on the itinerary is the "departure day" and is not a riding day. You may plan your departure from the city identified as the departure city at any time on this last day. The day PRIOR to the last day is the last riding day. We will have a final celebration dinner together on that evening.

One last thought. Please check with us approximately 120 days prior to the scheduled start date of the trip before purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. Although it doesn't happen often, we reserve the right to cancel tours if we do not have sufficient bookings.Please don't hesitate to call our office if you have any questions.We look forward to traveling with you.
