Our motorcycle rental partners call for prepayment of reserved motorcycles well in advance of the tour start date. Payment is necessary to guarantee availability of requested models. We must have your full tour payment approximately 60 days prior to the tour start date in order to pay for the motorcycles and thereby guarantee your selection. In the event of a request for extended use of the motorcycle, payment for extra rental days and any related cancellation fees will be assessed to this card.

Accident / Damage Liability Limit

In the event of accident or motorcycle damage I authorize an immediate damage deposit charge to this credit card, depending on motorcycle model, as published on the Ayres Adventures website. Any remainder after repair less a 10% handling fee will be refunded. I understand that operating the motorcycle after drinking alcoholic beverages or using mind-altering drugs will render this damage waiver null and void, resulting in unlimited liability for damage to the motorcycle. This card may also be used for any traffic violations related to your motorcycle that are not paid on the spot.

Hotel Reservations

I authorize use of this card to pay for hotel rooms booked on my behalf by Ayres Adventures for extended stay, and for any cancellation fees incurred. It may also be used for any unpaid incidental hotel expenses assigned to my room (telephone, laundry, etc.).
